AI where it actually saves work.

Artificial intelligence is useful in a company when it shortens a specific routine, reduces mistakes or saves people time. It is not useful when it becomes another tool nobody understands.

The work first, the model second

We do not start by picking a chatbot. We ask to see how people actually work — mail, documents, reports, retyping. Only then do we recommend AI, ordinary automation, or a change of process. If AI would only add another layer, we will recommend not introducing it.

Where AI usually helps

  • Searching contracts, procedures and other internal documents
  • First drafts of texts, emails and reports that a person then checks
  • Sorting requests, emails or tickets
  • Extracting data from invoices, forms and unstructured files
  • An assistant over company knowledge that saves people from hunting

Where AI usually does not help

  • “We want AI”, but nobody can name the process it should speed up
  • Replacing people without understanding how the work is done today
  • A tool nobody in the company will use every day
  • Sensitive data in a random chat with no rules
  • A large “AI programme” instead of one proven case

How we can help

  • Reviewing processes and choosing one concrete place to start
  • A pilot you can measure — time, errors, or number of steps
  • Putting AI into tools you already use, not another isolated app
  • Rules for data, access and what may leave the company
  • Training for the people who will actually use it
  • An honest recommendation not to introduce AI if it would not improve anything that matters

Got an IT problem and no obvious place to start?

Describe it in a few sentences. We will tell you whether we can help, and how.
