What we process, and why

If you submit the contact form or email us, we process the details you provide — typically your name, company, email, phone number and the contents of the message. The purpose is to reply to the enquiry and, if relevant, to discuss working together.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your message, and, if we continue discussions, steps toward a contract.

How long we keep data

Form messages and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, typically no more than 2 years, unless a longer period follows from law or an ongoing collaboration.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising systems. If we later enable analytics that require cookies, we will update this page and ask for consent where that is required.

Sharing data

We do not pass your data to other companies for their own marketing. Hosting and email providers who run the website and deliver messages may process data only as needed to provide that service.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, for correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may contact the relevant data protection authority.
